Shipping Policies & Information



Delivery to Schools

Customers within our service area can opt to have products delivered to their school by a road representative, free of charge. Deliveries will be left with the school's music director. The Music Shoppe, Inc is not responsible for items lost or damaged after delivery. A time estimate for delivery is not guaranteed, however eligible schools are visited on a regular, weekly basis while school is in session. Free delivery is not offered during summer months. For information when The Music Shoppe stops at your school, please ask your music director.

 

Pickup from Store

Any item may be picked up from the store, free of charge. Please allow at least 2 business hours for processing. Customers will be notified by email with order updates, including when the purchase is ready for pickup. If an item needs transferred to another store location, it may add 1-2 days to the pickup time. To claim your order, please notify our counter staff.  A photo ID may be required to complete your pickup.

 

3rd Party Shipping

Purchases are most commonly shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the size of the item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If an order with free shipping is returned, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
